8-Week Middle & High School Studio

Middle & high school kids, we've got you! An 8-week session every Saturday from 2-4pm.

This is an art class for students to learn basic hand-building techniques using clay, typically including pinching, coiling, and slab construction to create sculptures, bowls, and other forms, while also learning about the clay properties, tools, and the firing process in a kiln. We will include a brief introduction to the wheel. 

Projects can be instructed or self-guided. Students choose the music.

If you are unable to attend a class, you may reschedule a make-up class in a later Session within a 12-month period (up to two make-up classes allowed per Session).
